Rothktown 98
A constructed town built from 98 selected works inspired by the emotional paintings of Mark Rothko (1903). Fragments of color become geography. Traditional paintings turn into Digital Art by rkw (1995)+
Secured on the Ethereum Blockchain; houses, buildings, farms, data centers, beaches, sea, and mountains, forming a town suspended between memory and imagination. The digital series explores the core feeling of the past, present, and future existing at the same moment+
Ancient landscapes meet digital potentials. Structures dissolve into fields of emotion. Every piece acts like both architecture and atmosphere, places where feel remembered, and Digital has existed here forever+

Who is rkw?
I go by rkw (ray-kim-won), 1995. “I make things very simple.” So now you think my life is simple? Not at all, but the truth gets clearer every time when there’s less in the way. I’m drawn to essence: shapes, silence, stillness. homes, towers, buildings, boats, chairs, golf holes, fishing rods+
“Things that carry more than they show.” “I used to think doing art meant doing more, but the most honest style came when I stopped trying to make things more, and just let it be. There’s a kind of wisdom in watching+
Not to judge. Not to solve. Just to deliver what’s really there. My process is the king. Intentional. I let ideas grow at their own pace. A small line can hold weight. The quiet work can say something loud. I believe something simple can become meaningful, if you give it room to prove itself+
Aren't you entertained?+
